With the warmer weather shortly upon us, The Bellevue Collection recently presented the key trends to inspire us. To look chic and make a fashion statement this season here are some of the top trends.

The Short List for updating your wardrobe: Prints & Patterns ∙ Warm –Weather Leather ∙ Bright and Bold Colors ∙ Orange: The New Neutral ∙ Sheer Chic ∙ Graphic Black & White ∙ Statement Jewelry -that frames the face ∙ Red Lipstick-the perfect way to heat up your look ∙ Romantic hair with soft curls and waves∙ the Gladiator Sandal

The Trends

Print Mania:

Bold and multi colored patterns of every type imaginable- stripes, florals, plaids, photo, digital- all mixed together, creating a collage of prints within a single statement look.

Leather:

Leather has become a 365-days-a-year topper to go over everything. A dress with leather embellishments, a sleeveless top, bomber or motorcycle jacket, shorts, leggings, a skirt – in basic black, grey, champagne, peach, or turquoise blue. This look will carry over into fall, so leather is a great wardrobe investment.

Bright Colors:

This spring a bright color is everything! Whether you go monochromatic with your color palette or use color to accent and update your look, bright orange, electrifying blue , and hot pink stand out as the key color hues. Look for dresses, jackets, denim, shoes, handbags and necklaces in bright neon colors.

Sheer Chic:

A classic and modern approach to dressing with sheer and fluid pants, billowing blouses, voluminous skirts, a lace chemise dress with a sheer inset. These are all effortless looks that are timeless lady-like silhouettes.

Black & White:

Window pane or graphic patterns, a black leather jacket with white denim jeans, a black and white striped sheath dress, white jacket and pants with a black accent top. You will be on trend wearing any of these combinations.
