Get fit on the cheap

Bathing suit season is right around the corner, and for most, that means the shocking realization that sitting around the TV eating snacks and watching the olympics did nothing but bad to your body. It is time to get back in shape to look great in that bikini or speedo. The only problem is, the multitude of olympic snacks put a deficit of exercise funding in your wallet so the personal training you were planning on, is a no-go. Luckily, the Eastside has many ways to get in shape without costing you an arm and a leg, (but hopefully a love-handle and a spare tire).
